Allegiance: Neutral-- She's too curious to pick a side yet.
Appearance: Hope has long hair that flowed in thick rich brown waves to about the length of her waist, and parted in a way that her bangs hang over an abnormally long frame of thick black lashes. This gives Hope that innocent look that totally decives her enemies. Her eyes are grey, but to many they seem silvery blue and seem very abnormal for a human to have. To some, Hope's eyes appear to be very enchanting and hint at her inhuman species. She has a small-- but perfectly sculpted-- nose that's a tad babyish and lips that are lushious and full... the only feature of her that put her on the line of womanly and babyish. Hope is very short, though not like a dwarf short... she is 5'3 and extreamly skinny. Nearly everything about her is small in porpotions. Many wonder how she can stay so skinny with all the candy she eats. Hope's skin is also very pale and marble colored, scattered with even paler-- almost white-- lines from where she's cut herself-- and from her abusive father and brothers-- across her arms. Usually you'll find Hope wearing a hoodie to cover these marks.
Personality: Despite her child-like apperance, she is very mature for her age. She speaks very fluently though at times she can be very shy. Hope is a pretty open-minded girl though. This also makes her a very curious and she is very interested in opening her mind to the world. She wants to know as much as she can. Hope is very sweet and caring. She tends to show a very passionate side of herself to people that she meets and wants to show them that she isn't going to be a threat-- not unless they are a threat to her. Some would say that Hope is also very emotional because her body can't process well enough to keep her at one emotion. This is partly because of her recent past, and emotions seem to be the soul cause of her father's constant anger toward her. Normally, Hope would stay quiet-- however when she wanted to speak but couldn't find the exact words to explain it-- would would touch you and show you one of her memories as a way of explaining. Suppose you could call it pictokinetic.

Abilities:
...Pictokinetic~~~ Hope can show her memories through physical contact. However she can ONLY do it through physical contact. Most of the time she wears gloves so that her skin doens't touch another person's. Even with her irrational emotions, this sets her concentration off and her memories tend flood her to a point that if she touches you-- well... you see everything she's thinking basically.
...Chronokinesis~~~ This is the ability to slow down or speed up ones perception of time. Hope sometimes uses this to gain an advantage over her opponets in a fight. This throws off her victums sence of time. Keep in mind this is VERY HARD to do considdering Hope doesn't have a good sence of focus in her own mind so it's VERY RARE for her to use this.
...Controlokinesis~~~ The ability to control ones mind. Hope isn't that good at doing this, but when she does use this power it tends to work in her favor. When Hope gets eye contact from her victum, Hope can make your thoughts her own. For example, if she is looking into your eyes she could comand you to protect her... you will do so. This only works if the victum is looking back into her eyes.
...Pyrokinesis~~~ The ability to mentally burn a being. It's a toture method that Hope tends to use alot. On the other hand this only works through either touch or eye contact. Other words a very strong ability but VERY hard to get to work. Hope uses this very well when her emotions are either scared or suprised.

Misc Info: What is a Mystic (Hope's race)?
Well, it's actually very simple. Mystics are a beautiful race of people. They are usually very elegant and have skin the color of the pale moon. These people are skilled in the mental mind. Their powers all all based mentally and in some ways the Mystics are extreamly smart. They are also very much connected to the spirtual world and Wicca is their base religion. In some ways the Mystics have the sight of the world and it's creatures.

History: Let's go back to the beginning. Sophia was a mystic who had run away from her abusive family at the age of 15. She ran away to Hawaii where she met Brenden Loria-- a heart throb and a man with incredibly charm and smarts. They seemed to fall in love instantly. And if things didn't seem perfect, Brenden was also a run away mystic. It was no secret to tell that the life of Mystics were terrible because of their mental based abilities. They were naturally hated in the world. But Sophia and Brenden seemed to find peace in Hawaii. When Sophia was only 17 she had her first child, Demetri-- a son born mystic with the ability to mentally toture. For the time being they lived happy with their son and when he turned 5 Sophia and Brenden had another child-- Hope. She was a blessing-- a strong mystic child that developed her powers strongly at birth. However she had problems with controling them and they seemed based on her own emotions.
Hope couldn't process emotions easily, and she ended up putting the Governments attention. Hope was out with her brother playing on the beaches of Hawaii when a dog attacked Hope (only 4 years old at the time) she cried out in fear ans the owener came to get the dog away from Hope. However, Hope was so scared her powers practically rediated from her-- the trainer made the mistake of looking into little Hope's eyes and the owner was totured for over 3 minutes before she finally died. Realizing what had happened, Demetri grabbed his sister and quickly tried to get her home before anyone realized who caused the woman to die. Sadly, the Government was already on to them.
The government group in Hawaii was lead by a man named Raymond Ryller. He followed Demetri and Hope and descovered their inhuman family. Since the Mystics were a segregated group of people Raymond group decided to kill the family for their abuse toward the woman Hope accidentally killed on the beach. However, when Raymond set his eyes on Sophia-- he instantly wanted her to be his... weather she wanted him or not. He told her she was comming with him and he would kill her children and husband. Sophia refused, too i love with her family to leave them to die. Angered, Raymond had Brenden shot right in front of Sophia, Demetri, and Hope. Hope cried in horror and Sophia cried in the pain drowning her heart. Raymond asked her again if she would come with him and be his wife. She accepted, but Raymond's men put guns to Hope and Demetri's head. Hope continued to cry but Demetri sopke up. He told the men that Hope was more powerful that the other mystics. That the government could use her in whatever war plans they had.
Sophia was shocked by her son's bravery to even state this. She didn't want her little girl to be any part of experiments or war... But Raymond seemed to consider this. He nodded to his men and they shot Demetri dead-- grabbing Hope and dragging her to her mother. Raymond told Sophia that she would live with him and Hope would be put into an Asylum to be tested on somewhere on a remote island off the coast of California. She would be the first subject tested on out of the Mystics and other supernatural beings. Raymond had an idea to use the supernatural as weapons.
Hope was sent to the asylum, being tested on almost every second of the day. She later found out that her mother was being abused for refusing to bear Raymond a child or anything. He started to beat Sophia, and he also had Hope beaten for her testing so her powers would act to their full potential because of her emotions. In time-- Sophia couldn't bear to watch her daughter be tested on and beaten so she tried to sneak Hope out of the asylum. Raymond found out about it and he beat Sophia to her death-- throwing Hope back into the asylum.
Hope grew up alone and started becomming silent. In a way of speaking, she often touched the guards with her hand and showed them her memories-- this was because she was often beaten for speaking... though they encouraged her using her powers. However, on Hope's 15th birthday she plotted an escape. She knew that her dead family would want her to find anyway she could to escape-- so she did. During the night shift-- a guard made the mistake of looking into Hope's eyes. Hope changed his train of thought-- making him give her his gun and letting her out of her cell. She then made him think that he was in Hope's place. He sat in her cell just as she once was and Hope locked him inside. She made a run for the exit of the asylum, killing anyone who tried to stop her escape. Raymond eventually caught up to her-- he even nearly killed her, but Hope was able to escape. She stole a boat and made her way to the mainland-- constantly on the run from the government and trying to find someone that could help her.
