The surface of earth is teeming with all kinds of lifeforms. The most dangerous, being that of the unknown. For thousands of years epic warring ensued between angels and the demons, but for the past nine hundred years it seems as if the demons have come out on top. There is quiet now, between these two sides. Indeed, this is the age that the demons run with enthusiasm. Night clubs, drugs, parties, booze, sex, and violence, an organized chaos and the Demon King Fál is right in the middle of it all. There is the occasional uprising of angelic radicals, but that hardly dents the surface of the demonic empire.

The government is involved, taking an official neutral stance during this cease fire that has lasted for nearly one millennia. But of course, there are no records of angels or demons, or other the creatures existing. Creatures like were-people, vampires, and humans with supernatural abilities. A special group takes care of this, working with both sides to make sure the general human population stays less than informed as well as try to keep these undocumented races under control.

Unrest grows in the clouds above. The sinning and recklessness of humans and the earth's other creatures has brought about anger, and sadness. The King of Angels is gathering his subjects, the angels in his kingdom. He wants warriors. They talk of purging the evils, showing the light, and bringing the world out of it's darkness. They talk of finding a way to cast Fál and his demons back down to hell, where they belong.

So the angels gather, getting ready to strike.
